About the Role
The Product Manager Cross Sell is responsible for scaling up the Cross Sell business by implementing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base. The role focuses on delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. It involves building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scale and consistent delivery. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Retail team, including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU, to ensure a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, positioning IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide distribution of Cross Sell ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners to increase portfolio penetration.
- Improve performance and quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and recommendations for course correction.
- Support the Product team in Business Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
- Work with the business analytics team to identify potential for cross-sell.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of cross-sell strategies.
- Monitor and report on progress of initiatives and suggest improvements.
