Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support strategic decision-making. The Manager will provide financial insights, lead variance analysis, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Monitoring financial performance, managing cash flow, and supporting business units in planning will also be key aspects of the role, along with ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Variance Analysis, and Data Interpretation
- Experience in creating and presenting financial reports for decision-making
- Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Cash Flow Management, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in team management and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP,
- MBA in finance or CA
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis roles
