Qrata is hiring for one of its most exciting clients, a fast-scaling, omnichannel beauty & lifestyle retailer backed by one of India's most iconic beauty conglomerates, now making serious moves across the UAE and GCC.

• The Role: AVP Ecommerce – Beauty
• Location: Mumbai, India
• Reporting to: CEO

What you'll own:

→ Full P&L of the web & app business

→ Day-to-day trading — campaigns, merchandising, content freshness

→ Omnichannel projects: store fulfillment, click & collect, NPS

→ A team of category managers, catalog, and content resources

→ Cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Planning, Brand & Performance Marketing

→ Ecommerce expansion into new GCC markets

What we're looking for:

✔ 8–12 years in ecommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior role

✔ Multi-brand beauty / fashion / lifestyle experience — you've managed large catalogues

✔ Proven P&L ownership at scale

✔ Strong omnichannel instincts — you think web, app, and store as one

✔ Sharp on performance marketing: SEO, SEM, email, paid social

✔ UAE/GCC experience is a strong plus

✔ Can-do attitude and a bias for speed
