Your Team
- Enables and Supports CRM initiatives for APAC region
- Collaborates with Global CRM POs to align designs and outputs
- Optimizes CRM to encourage adoption
- Engages key stakeholders to deliver business value through CRM platform
- Sits within the Marketing organisation of APAC
Your Role
- Execute and deliver regional & scalable CRM solutions to users
- Produce and maintain configuration and architecture documentations for APAC CRM Platform
- Partner with Global Team on architecture decisions, and solution design
- Lead and execute data cleansing initiatives for the CRM platform
- Act as a CRM evangelist, promoting platform adoption and showcasing the value of CRM-driven insights across the organization.
The Experience You Bring
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst with 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with senior analyst or platform owner role that can bring in strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and platform best practices; technical background or ability to understand Apex code is plus.
Industry experience in financial services or asset management and Power BI expertise would be advantageous.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Act as a principal APAC Salesforce owner, leading day-to-day platform configuration, optimization and governance
- Maintain a deep understanding of the current Salesforce build, including object, flows, validation rules, security models and integrations
- Read and interpret Apex code to understand system behaviour, assess impact, and act as L2/ L3 support for complex problems
- Partner with Global Team on architecture and design decisions, enhancement management
- Produce and maintain configuration and technical documentation, including configuration workbook and process map based on the current Salesforce implementation
- Drive CRM process transformation, workflow optimization, and user experience enhancements across APAC
- Innovate and introduce new capabilities, priorities the CRM backlog, and support key integrations across platforms
- Manage change initiatives for new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth rollout, high adoption and minimal disruption
- Lead and execute data cleansing initiatives, including de-duplication, standardisation, and remediation of legacy data issues
- Enforce data governance standards, working closely with Global CRM and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory alignment
