We are seeking an experienced ETL Architect specializing in Informatica and DataOps to drive the design and development of data warehouse systems. The role involves leading teams in delivering high-quality implementations, designing holistic solutions, and ensuring innovation in design leveraging the latest best practices in data warehouse, data analytics, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements holistically and lead discussions for clarity.
- Design comprehensive system architectures and get stakeholder sign-offs.
- Engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
- Leverage the latest best practices in data warehouse, analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Ensure quality and best practices are consistently met across all projects.
- Provide RFP response architecture designs and answer technical queries.
- Occasional travel to client and partner locations.
- Optimize Snowflake at both warehouse and database levels.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in architecting and designing data warehouse systems at an enterprise scale.
- At least 5+ years of experience in building end-to-end data warehouse systems using SQL Server, Analysis Services, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with the latest data platform features and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Netezza, DataStage, SSIS, and Informatica.
- Strong SQL and scripting skills.
- Experience in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the Insurance domain and knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance.
