About The Role
Taazaa Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Client Servicing) who has worked in a marketing agency environment and independently managed 34 US-based clients. The ideal candidate has strong exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing in the US market and understands how to drive integrated marketing execution across channels.
This role does not include direct people management. You will coordinate closely with internal teamscontent, SEO, performance, design, social, video, and webto achieve client goals and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for 34 US-based clients.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand goals clearly and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Lead client discussions, reviews, and planning meetings with clarity and confidence.
Strategy Development & Performance Management
- Build quarterly and monthly digital marketing strategies aligned to business targets.
- Ensure cohesive execution across SEO, content, social, paid media, email, and website efforts.
- Review performance metrics routinely and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients and leadership.
Internal Coordination & Project Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and drive project execution.
- Ensure deliverables are on track, meet quality benchmarks, and align with client expectations.
- Maintain structured workflows and communication for smooth delivery across departments.
- Use defined processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational discipline.
Work Management & Tools
- Use GitHub Projects or similar work management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday) to track tasks, maintain sprints, and manage timelines.
- Maintain documentation, briefs, trackers, and performance dashboards.
Must-Have Experience
Required Experience & Skills
- 810 years total experience; 45 years in client servicing or account management in a marketing agency.
- Majority exposure working with US clients and understanding US market behaviors.
- Proven experience independently managing 34 client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels including SEO, content, social, paid campaigns, email, and web management.
- Experience handling both B2B and B2C clients in diverse industries.
