Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager who is passionate about driving our AI-led transformation and turning marketing strategy into scalable, high-impact execution. In this role, you will manage global client engagements and internal initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel digital marketing projects-including email, web, paid media, analytics, and automation
- Translate strategic business goals into structured project plans, sprint schedules, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with strategy consultants, developers, creatives, and platform specialists to execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Serve as the central coordination point across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, analytics, and related service lines
- Track project KPIs, monitor milestones, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively mitigate risks
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve delivery efficiency and consistency
- Drive process maturity through governance standards, QA practices, documentation, and reusable delivery templates
- Mentor project specialists and cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or related environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation workflows, CRM/CDP integrations, and performance reporting
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of sprint planning, agile delivery models, and cross-functional coordination
