About the Role

This role is designed for sales professionals with direct responsibility for revenue generation and account management. The primary focus is on establishing and expanding customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell JOGO's EMG Biofeedback Device within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals (neurologists, physiatrists, physiotherapists) and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide effective product solutions and services to maximize clinical and business benefits.
  • Drive clinical education and training programs for healthcare providers to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the JOGO Device.
  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze trends in the neurorehabilitation and physiotherapy market.
  • Implement market development plans, sales strategies, and adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding product performance, clinical outcomes, and suggestions for product improvement to internal teams, including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Organize and execute on-ground clinical programs, workshops, and product demonstrations to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Support distributor management through training, motivation, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Required Skills

  • 35 years of sales experience in medical devices, physiotherapy solutions, neurorehabilitation, or Pharma MNC.
  • Strong practical knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate clinical value into commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing multiple, big, small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision and manage own territory effectively.
  • Strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Understanding of market landscape, pricing structures, and insights to optimize sales strategy.
  • Collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to structure tailored solutions for customers.
