We are seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to manage and govern product content, taxonomy, and digital assets across our ecommerce ecosystem. This role ensures product information is accurate, structured, and optimized for discoverability and customer experience. Operating at a hands-on specialist/manager level, you will drive content quality, governance standards, and cross-functional coordination while supporting CMS and SEO activities.

Key Accountabilities

Product Content & CMS Management

  • Own day-to-day product content maintenance in SAP Commerce Cloud Product Cockpit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for publication.
  • Monitor product content completeness through audits and resolve gaps in product data, copy, classification, and metadata.
  • Define and maintain standards for product titles, descriptions, imagery, and naming conventions.

Taxonomy & Catalog Governance

  • Manage product taxonomy, category assignments, and classification standards to improve navigation and discoverability.
  • Maintain business rules for product attributes, filters, facets, and catalog structure aligned with commercial goals.
  • Contribute to product data model improvements and catalog process design.

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

  • Lead digital asset governance in Fotoware, including metadata standards, tagging, approvals, and archive management.
  • Ensure asset readiness and consistency for ecommerce usage.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with product, campaign, creative, and ecommerce teams to resolve content gaps and ensure SKU readiness.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support across CMS, taxonomy, DAM, and SEO activities.

SEO & Content Support

  • Support CMS publishing and SEO content updates including category pages and product/category changes.
  • Contribute to on-site SEO through taxonomy, naming, and structured content improvements.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and improve content quality, workflows, and governance processes.
  • Provide input into DAM integrations, workflow enhancements, and content operations improvements.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GTM to identify optimization opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce content management, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, CMS tools, and DAM platforms (Fotoware preferred).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ecommerce content optimization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
