Manager/Deputy Manager- Hardware R&D

Key Deliverables:

1. Design and develop electronics hardware, including testing and simulation.
2. Power supply design (SMPS topologies, DC-DC converters, high-frequency transformer design).
3. Analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity simulation in Pspice, LTSpice.
4. Implement EMI-EMC filter design and ensure compliance with relevant standards (Surge, EFT, ESD, CE, UL).

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers, PWM techniques, and snubber designs.
2. Conduct heatsink calculations and select components (capacitors, LDOs, inductors, X/Y capacitors).
3. Review PCB layouts and communicate effectively with team members.
4. Knowledge of communication protocols (RTU, USB, CAN, TCP, Profibus) from a hardware design perspective.
