Deputy Manager - Secure Power 3 Phase UPS

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of UPS systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on UPS systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical and UPS maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power quality equipment, and electrical distribution systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
