Manager – Buzz Marketing & Social Growth
Role Overview
Cleartrip is looking for someone who can create brand moments people talk about —
and scale them through powerful social storytelling.
This role blends:
● Cultural activations
● Buzz marketing
● Social content and growth strategy
You won't just manage content calendars.You'll create energy around the brand —
online and on-ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create Brand Moments
● Conceptualize and execute buzz-worthy campaigns
● Identify cultural, travel, and internet moments to plug into
● Develop digital-first ideas that can extend into on-ground activations
2. Drive Social Growth
● Build and scale Cleartrip's social presence across IG and YT
● Develop recurring content IPs and distinctive brand codes
● Drive organic engagement, shareability, and community growth
3. Activation & Amplification
● Translate brand positioning into culturally relevant executions
● Ensure every activation is inherently social and shareable
● Collaborate with creators to extend campaign reach
● Track buzz, earned reach, engagement, and impact
Who You Are
● 3–6 years in brand, social, or creative teams of agencies
● Have built and scaled your own social handle (strong preference)
● Proven experience executing buzz-led campaigns or activations
● Deep understanding of internet culture and short-form storytelling
● High ownership mindset — comfortable taking ideas from concept to execution
● Passionate about travel and culture
