Creative Producer (Non-Fiction Content) - Master App (Eloelo)

Master is one of Eloelo's flagship apps — a skill-first, outcome-driven learning platform focused on helping users build real-world capabilities through structured content and guided journeys. We're looking for a Creative Producer who can shape how Master looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Manager (Producer) who lives at the intersection of research, storytelling, and execution. This role owns the content journey end-to-end—from identifying trending edutainment topics to ensuring final scripts and videos meet quality, accuracy, and hygiene standards.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with writers, editors, and the production team to ensure every piece of content is engaging, factual, well-structured, and audience-first.

1. Content Research & Trend Identification

• Research new, emerging, and evergreen topics in edutainment (history, business, culture, society, explainers, etc.)
• Track platform-wise trends (YouTube, Shorts, Reels) and audience behavior
• Validate topics through search trends, competitor performance, and content gaps

2. Competitive & Format Analysis

• Conduct regular competitive analysis (hooks, thumbnails, pacing, formats)
• Identify what's working, what's saturated, and where differentiation is possible
• Share actionable insights with the content and production team

3. End-to-End Production Ownership

• Onboard new creators, agencies and hold content from idea outline script shoot edit final QC
• Ensure basic content hygiene:
• Logical flow
• Strong hook and retention structure
• Clear narrative arc
• Accurate facts and references

4. Scriptwriting & Proofreading

• Write scripts when required (long-form, short-form, explainers)
• Proofread scripts for:
• Language clarity
• Tone consistency
• Factual accuracy
• Platform suitability (YouTube / Shorts)
• Optimize scripts for engagement, pacing, and retention

5. Quality Control (QC)

• QC content before shoot and before final publish
• Ensure brand voice, ethical standards, and educational responsibility
• Flag issues related to misinformation, weak storytelling, or poor framing

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years experience in content production, digital media, or edutainment
• Strong research and storytelling skills with an experience in Non-Fiction production
• Excellent command over Hindi/English (or bilingual) writing and proofreading
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram-first short-form content formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines along with inter-departmental coordination for planning thumbnail and promo creatives

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience working in the edutainment industry with creators or digital-first media brands with a strong network of creator-led-agencies or creators
• Understanding of audience psychology and retention metrics
• Basic knowledge of analytics (Average Video Duration, CTR, Watch Time, Retention)
