Job Title: Manager - Commercial Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred

Experience: 6-7 years of experience in real estate sales

Purpose and Role Brief

Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing channel partners and direct sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the brand's market presence across assigned real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Drive sales for residential/commercial projects through channel partners.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
    • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure target achievement.
    • Coach teams on negotiation, customer handling, and closing techniques.
  • Channel Partner & Broker Management
    • Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners and real estate brokers.
    • Conduct channel partner meets, training sessions, and joint sales initiatives.
    • Ensure strong relationships to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Oversee customer interactions from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address escalations effectively.
    • Support post-sales coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams.
  • Marketing & Business Development
    • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, site visits, events, and promotions.
    • Provide inputs for pricing, schemes, and product positioning.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
    • Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless project sales execution.
