Job Title: Assistant Manager - Patient Care Specialist

What we are looking for:
The Assistant Manager – B2C Core Sales will lead HexaHealth's direct-to-consumer sales engine, owning revenue growth, building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and driving conversion excellence across inbound and outbound channels.
Eligibility:
● 4-5 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or consumer-focused businesses
(healthcare/healthtech preferred).
● Proven experience in building and managing large sales teams.
● Strong track record of owning revenue numbers and scaling targets.
● Hands-on leader with strong coaching and execution capabilities.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
● Own B2C revenue targets and drive consistent month-on-month growth.
● Build, hire, train, and scale inside sales.
● Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance management frameworks for teams.
● Drive lead-to-conversion excellence across inbound, outbound, and partner-generated leads.
● Design and optimize sales processes, scripts, and SOPs to improve conversion and TAT.
● Coach managers and frontline sales reps on consultative selling and objection handling.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve lead quality and
customer experience.
● Track and analyze sales funnel metrics: lead-to-connect %, conversion %, ticket size, revenue,
and productivity.
● Build forecasting models and present weekly/monthly performance reviews.
● Identify new growth levers, channels, and monetization opportunities.
