  • Monitors junior Operational Talent Solutions team member's goals and performance metrics, plans junior resources and capability development to achieve outcomes. Provides input into team's budget

  • Provides guidance to the team on Operational Talent Solutions service and product introduction to client accounts, for example, focusing on seasonal, long-term planning and succession planning when it comes to temporary and permanent placement, contributing to increased revenue and team performance

  • Drives the development of non-complex recruitment solutions that address client needs in areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail, fostering collaboration across internal team(s) and leveraging client feedback to align with future market trends and needs of operational roles recruitment

  • Stays up-to-date on the market trends and analyzes competitors service and offerings in recruitment of operational roles, identifies and provides insights in offering unique value propositions to differentiate services in partnering with clients stakeholders such as department managers

  • May manage local Operational Talent Solutions client accounts or own part of the delivery process. Prepares and presents client engagement to client stakeholders, demonstrating the understanding of clients industries with guidance/involvement of more senior level colleagues

  • Generates and reviews Operational Talent Solutions sales forecasts and compiles sales reports, provides guidance in development and maintenance of client relationships with client stakeholders, focusing on client satisfaction of timely and efficient delivery and client retention

  • Monitors client feedback, addresses concerns, and implements improvements to ensure client satisfaction and service experience specific for Operational Talent Solutions service

  • Developing SLAs for process deadlines in conjunction with internal stakeholders for new client acquisition and contract extension in the case of existing clients.

Focusing on Overdue reduction, ensuring EW growth over assigned base and ensuring a good customer satisfaction score.

Developing MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans), ADPs(Account Development Plans) and ensuring mining of new jobs.
