Role Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will develop strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Ability
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in the healthcare or transition care domain is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred
