Job Description

Position: Team Manager

Location - Chattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure achievement of assigned admission targets along with effective post-admission (post-sales) services.
  2. Oversee complete office administration, including asset management and financial coordination.
  3. Lead and support the team in calling activities for lead generation and admission conversions.
  4. Allocate units to team members and conduct conversion ratio analysis for individual performance.
  5. Define exclusive territories and targets for each Team Leader (TL), along with structured weekly plans.
  6. Ensure TLs create and follow a field support timetable, spending at least 3 days per week supporting team members and 3 days focusing on their own territory.
  7. Ensure strict adherence to all organizational policies, processes, discipline, and planning guidelines.
  8. Ensure self and team CUIMS entries are completed accurately and on time.
  9. Develop and enhance analytical skills within the team related to competition analysis and business strategy.
  10. Monitor availability of marketing collaterals, maintain inventory records, and raise requirements for each team member at least 10 days in advance.
  11. Recommend or disapprove team members based on monthly individual performance evaluations.
  12. Take responsibility for field training and onboarding of new employees.
  13. Provide month-wise school lists for each team member.
  14. Conduct twice-daily fast-tracking of team performance and activities.
  15. Implement twice-weekly online (Skype) review meetings with team members.
  16. Participate in weekly performance reviews with the Zonal Manager (ZM).
  17. Demonstrate proactive planning, supervision, and execution of all team activities.
  18. Conduct competitor analysis across all business parameters and market presence.
  19. Make random verification calls (thank-you calls and feedback calls) to validate field visits and ensure authenticity.
  20. Ensure clarity of the Admission Counselor's role and monitor completion of all assigned tasks.
  21. Ensure daily UIMS entries are completed without delay.
  22. Ensure data submission twice a week with zero backlog.
