Job Description

  • P art of Automation COE and helping Businesses to implement simple level RPAs inhouse. Planning and executing RPAs through the COE
  • Work closely with the business, identify areas of process improvements through Process Maturity, ISO certification and help in achieving Benchmark levels of Quality, Process Excellence and Customer satisfaction. Work closely with Businesses and drive P rocess improvement, Process design, Reengineering, Change management, Project management and continuous assessments on approved Process maturity framework
