Basic Function
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities for Sales Compensation Admin. area for both onshore and offshore processes.
ü Work in close coordination with Sales, Service, Stateside & GOSC teams
- Design new process to support products/metrics
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Essential Functions
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify right methodology/approach for projects.
- Re-baseline the metrics
Process Reengineering
- Create process map and value stream map for new product modify existing processes that may not be working appropriately.
- Design right metrics to gage process health for different areas.
- Identify automation opportunities.
Data Analysis
- Not In Good Order analysis for offshore
- Re-baselining of metrics
