ASSOCIATE MANAGER ENGINEERING AND BUSINESS EXCELLENCE - LEAD

· Drive process Improvement initiatives across the Organization.

· Establish and review the project Quality plans and strategies for achieving goals

· Project initiations and setup for new projects in JIRA

· Understand customer processes & enable the projects to be compliant

· Customer interactions on Process Harmonization.

· Analyse & communicate process improvements with the customers.

· Process tailoring for projects

· Support to team members on Project Management, Configuration Management, Code quality Tools.

· Project performance analysis and corrective actions

· Conduct project assessments / audits.

· Performance analysis of Projects, accounts and Business units

· Facilitating process improvement plans

· Support on org / Business unit level Process Improvement initiatives

· Conduct trainings on Quality Process orientation, Project Management training, Estimation etc.

· Manage the Business Unit level Dashboards & MIS.
