Job Overview
Coordinate with regional heads to track strategic leads and provide monthly updates to the Business Head. Use market analytics to suggest strategies and identify promising molecules for future development. Enhance customer engagement by sharing updates and conducting surveys to understand satisfaction. Gather market intelligence for actionable insights and manage internal presentations.

Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and coordinate with each regional head for tracking of strategic leads and keep the Business Head updated with summary on a monthly basis
- Use strong analytics for markets & products and suggest course correction and strategies for overall achievement of API Generics goals
- Scan the markets, trends, data for identification of future-promising molecules to be developed, prepare justification note for management discussion/approval.
- Interact with our overseas partners by sharing with them quarterly performance, deliveries of key shipments, overdue payments and development of seedings (current and past)
- Improve the customer interface jointly with regional heads by sharing the latest from our product development, sending the attention-catching flyers and update from the corporates to keep the interest of our customers alive for customer centricity.
- Gathering of market intelligence through various reports, data bases and incorporate it into actionables, manager internal presentation contents like for MBR & others etc.
- Develop the intelligent questionnaire for customers and execute the customer survey and compile the outcomes for understanding the customer satisfaction, identifying improvement factors for enhanced customer centricity.
- To coordinate and compile the monthly sales number jointly with supply chain and provide the feed to our plants and keep the LOS and annual forecast completely updated
