Job Description:
Demonstrate thorough understanding of the company's business and be able to communicate/convey them successfully in any situation.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying profitable business opportunities.
Planning & Overseeing New Initiatives.
Conducting extensive market research.
Excellent understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Endeavour to overcome any obstacles that may prevent targets from being fulfilled.
Follow up on potential leads to ensure conversion into work orders/business.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, net-working activities.
Crafting business proposals & contracts to draw in more revenues from new clients.
Suggesting/identifying upgrades or services that may be of interest to clients.
Creating actionable business strategies.
Reviewing clients feedback & implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our services remain relevant.
Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
Create long term value for company through clients, markets & partnership.
Focus on expanding the company by investigating possible growth prospects, assist & supervise their execution.
Ensure meeting business targets & KPI's specified on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
Revenue Generation to ultimately increase business turnover.
