Client Account Management capability aims to achieve operational excellence and deliver a rich experience to our customers when engaging with FIL. This will primarily include identifying our customers uniquely across GPS and digitally transforming CAM process for our end-customers, advisers & member accounts alike. This capability is accountable for RTB (Operations) of Client and account management processes as well as Change through technical and engineering expertise. The Capability will be the delivery engine to deliver solutions for our GPS customers

1. Strategic Alignment

  • Bridging Strategy and Execution
  • Translates the organization's strategic goals into operational and technology requirements for CAM capability, and work with the product owner to ensure that all initiatives contribute to business value.
  • Future-State Vision
  • Defines the target operating model, including how people, processes, and technology should align to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Bring in insights from wider market & industry trends to strengthen this view.
  • Customer centricity
  • Ability to pull through customer feedback on Medallia, usage patterns on Adobe Analytics and Decibel to identify pain points & improvement opportunities for the capability.

2. Business Process Design and Optimization

  • Mapping Processes to Capabilities
  • Identifies current and future business capabilities required to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Process Improvement
  • Evaluates inefficiencies in existing workflows and collaborates with operations and technology teams to redesign processes for greater efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Enabling Communication
  • Acts as a translator between operations, technology, and business stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and requirements.
  • Aligning Initiatives
  • Ensures technology delivery supports operational needs and vice versa by identifying interdependencies between teams.

4. Solution Design and Governance..

  • Capability Road mapping
  • Works with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Process Analysts to create a roadmap of capabilities required to meet organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Alignment
  • Ensures that proposed solutions adhere to regulatory standards and risk management frameworks.

5. Value Realization

  • Performance Metrics
  • Collaborates on defining KPIs to measure the success of initiatives, ensuring that solutions deliver the intended business outcomes.

You will be required to effectively influence and assist key stakeholders, support multiple change initiatives, and help manage the backlog within the CAM Capability. A willingness to take on new challenges, collaborate and share knowledge freely with colleagues globally is also critical to success.

This role will face off to senior stakeholder in the organization, so the successful candidate will therefore be personable, articulate, and have strong facilitation skills to help drive forward great client outcomes and support the CAM capability.

10 to 12 years of total work experience as a Business Analyst with essential skills as below:

You will demonstrate integrity and build trust through being bold, brave, curious, and compassionate. You will have demonstrable experience of the core skills and competencies expected of a BA manager.

  • Strategic thinking - Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives and operating models.
  • Business process understanding - Expertise in identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes for better efficiencies.
  • Analytical Skills - Assess data, processes, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Problem solving - Craft innovative, scalable solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Enterprise Architecture Understanding - ability to understand the current & future state architecture,
  • Communication - Strong communication skills with different types and levels of stakeholders. The ability to convey complex, abstract technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, and facilitation
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAFe for project and process management.
  • Excellent and resourceful problem-solving skills, adaptable with a willingness to learn
  • A good understanding of financial markets, products, and organisations.
