Manager - BMS Hardware Design

Role Responsibilities:

1. Interpret MEP drawings, specs, and standards to develop accurate BMS design deliverables.
2. Independently manage client interactions and translate requirements into technical solutions.
3. Create schematics, system architecture, wiring diagrams, and BOMs for BMS and HVAC systems.
4. Apply protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and OPC in BMS designs and ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Deliverables:

1. Complete BMS design packages including control logic, valve/damper schedules, and wiring diagrams.
2. Accurate and timely submittals aligned with project specs and global engineering standards.
3. Functional logical diagrams and automation drawings using AutoCAD/MS Visio.
4. Remote collaboration and coordination with global teams to support project execution.
