Plant Optimization Engineer - Solar

- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy/Power Systems
- Hands‑on with performance modeling (e.g., PVSyst, WindFarmer/OpenWind/WAsP, PlantPredict, SAM, PSLF/PSSE/DIgSILENT for grid studies).
- Perform site specific plant optimization aligned with Business Unit objectives (LCOE reduction, IRR maximization, curtailment mitigation, grid compliance, revenue optimization).
- Deliver optimized technical concepts, cost estimates, schedules, and risk registers to support development and investment decisions.
- Define DC/AC ratio, Ground Coverage Ratio (GCR), and string architecture.
- Select modules/inverters/trackers.
- Energy estimation & degradation analysis.
- MV–HV layouts, substation interface
