About the Role: BuzzWorks is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving the leasing of our existing and upcoming centers, as well as generating leads for managed office deals. This individual will also collaborate closely with the leasing/sales team of Brigade Commercial to capitalize on synergies and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lease out existing BuzzWorks centers and upcoming inventory across Bangalore by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Generate leads for managed office deals by identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively pitching BuzzWorks offerings.
  • Coordinate with the leasing/sales team of Brigade Commercial to drive leads from Brigade business parks for co-working or built-to-suit workspaces.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, IPCs, corporate clients, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in demand for office spaces through regular market research and analysis.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team regarding sales activities, pipeline status, market feedback, and challenges faced.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in leasing or sales roles within the commercial real estate industry, preferably in the flexible workspace sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
