Role Overview
Manager – Education & Training will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of training initiatives across plant locations. The role focuses on capability building, standardization of training processes, and coordination with internal and corporate stakeholders to ensure effective learning and development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting & Planning
- Assist in preparation, submission, and monitoring of the Education & Training (E&T) budget.
- Support development of training modules aligned with organizational needs.
2. Process Implementation
- Support implementation of E&T concepts, processes, and systems across plant locations.
- Assist in customization and rollout of strategic E&T initiatives across locations.
- Drive regular technical capability-building programs.
3. Training Delivery
- Conduct training programs for:
- Lateral hires
- Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
- Associate trainees
- Lead Skill Enhancement Programs (SEP) for associates (on-rolls & FTEs).
- Conduct Competency Enhancement Programs (CEP) for:
- Staff (supervisors to officers)
- Senior officers and above
4. Standardization & Documentation
- Ensure standardization of E&T processes and systems across all locations.
- Manage collection, compilation, and distribution of training documents, feedback, and evaluation reports.
5. Learning & Development
- Support development of technical courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate with Corporate HR on all training and development activities.
- Identify and develop internal trainers/resources for various training programs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience
