Manager

We are looking for Manager - Sales Operations/Backend Sales to support our International Business Team at Mumbai to handle OEM's with accuracy and effectiveness along with cross functional co-ordination across head office and manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with top OEMs for process development and new product initiatives.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and strong team management, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain regular contact with international customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle critical claims with professionalism and accuracy.
• Drive new business development and manage new product developments (PDs) for IKEA in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide prompt responses to customer queries.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including SCM, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Requirements

• ERP knowledge (any ERP system).
• Technical knowledge of polymers & plastics.
• Team handling experience (minimum 2 direct reports).

Education Qualifications

• BE Chemical / BE Mechanical (mandatory).
• MBA (preferred; adds significant value).
