Job Description

Oversee end-to-end real estate development projects, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design and budget requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project viability.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve desired goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals for projects.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain cost efficiency.
Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Prepare regular progress reports and present them to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Manager/AGM - Real Estate Development should have:

A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Strong expertise in real estate development and property management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
In-depth knowledge of local regulatory and compliance standards in Noida.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software
