Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Account & Revenue Management

  • Own and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and agency partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Campaign Execution, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasts, and internal tracking mechanisms.
  • Proactively identify risks, revenue gaps, and mitigation plans.

Campaign Strategy & Insights

  • Support campaign planning, proposal creation, and post-campaign reviews with actionable insights.
  • Monitor trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks.
