MANAGER – ACCOUNTING & CONTROLLING

Accounting Operations & Financial Close

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial substantiation processes

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany transactions

• Resolve complex accounting issues in coordination with global controllership teams

• Ensure alignment of local GAAP (Ind AS) with global accounting standards

Internal Controls & Governance

• Act as Internal Control Environment (ICE) lead for India operations

• Ensure SOX compliance, fraud assessments, and internal audit coordination

• Drive improvements in control design, documentation, and testing processes

• Ensure accuracy and quality of account reconciliations

• Support quarterly representation letter process and audit readiness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks

Treasury Management

• Oversee cash management, banking operations, bank guarantees, and letters of credit

• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to support business needs

• Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and cross-border transaction guidelines

• Support treasury strategy execution in India in coordination with global treasury teams
