Management Trainee – Role Overview

We're looking for a high-potential management trainee to support AI product and customer success initiatives while learning how to build and scale AI-powered solutions. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants broad exposure across teams and enjoys executing, learning fast, and owning outcomes.

You'll work closely with leadership, engineers, and customers to help launch AI solutions, improve workflows, and drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of AI product initiatives, pilots, and launches
• Assist in testing, training, and optimizing AI agents and workflows
• Translate customer and business needs into clear tasks and workflows
• Assist with customer onboarding, go-live, optimization, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams on daily execution
• Track performance metrics like adoption, efficiency gains, and outcomes

Ideal Profile

• 0-2 years of experience
• Strong problem-solver with a learning mindset and execution bias
• Interest in AI & product (hands-on AI exposure a plus)
• Comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams
• Thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership
• High energy, adaptable, and eager to grow into leadership roles

MBA candidates are preferred.
