Job Title: BIM Engineer – Data Center (MEP)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with experience in Data Center projects and strong expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for Data Center MEP systems.
- Create layouts for HVAC, electrical, cable routing, and fire protection systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure model quality, accuracy, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Generate drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP.
- Experience in Navisworks (clash detection & coordination).
- Knowledge of Data Center systems (UPS, cooling systems – CRAC/CRAH, cable trays, etc.).
- Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mission-critical/Data Center projects.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC.
- Exposure to international project standards.
