The NRI Diaspora is over 34 Mio strong and continues to grow steadily YoY. The diaspora remitted a record USD 135 Bn in 2025 (14% YoY increase) and accounts for 20% of all real-estate investments in India. While Global Indians continue and succeed in their careers overseas, there is immense interest in investing in India to participate in India's growth story and also to stay connected to their roots.

The Global Indian business is amongst the most affluent and profitable business segments with an ever expanding basket of products and platforms, further enhanced by the regulatory impetus offered by expansion of GIFT city, as a Global hub, to further boost investments from the Diaspora.

Job Role:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and identify unique opportunities to enhance customer value through best-in-class products and platforms solutions for the Global Indian diaspora.
• Competition mapping to identify product initiatives and customer journeys and work with Tech to build seamless journeys across banking and other financial products and remittances
• Ensure that we are up to speed on changes in regulations to simplify KYC led journeys and work on consistently improving the journeys by reducing the hops involved
• Work with the Tech team collaboratively in the ADO framework.
• Stay connected with the sales functions to keep seeking customer feedback on and identifying customer need gaps, to operate with a customer first mind-set.
• Liaise with internal product teams to expand the product / platform offering catering to the specific needs of the Global Indian
• Work with the Customer Journey / Digital Leads to ensure seamless delivery of customer propositions
• Work closely with the Marketing and alliances team to build a strong customer communication strategy
• Strong understanding of Tech platforms / customer journeys
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks and ability to translate the same to build product propositions and platforms
• Ability to influence in a matrix structure
• Excellent communication / presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
