Management Trainee-Kotak Private Banking-Product Manager

Job role

• Develop and maintain customized portfolios based on client risk profiles and investment objectives.
• Analyze market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and asset performance to support investment decisions.
• Communicate investment strategies and rationale to Relationship Managers and clients.
• Collaborate with the Research and Risk teams to ensure portfolios align with firm guidelines and market outlook.
• Monitor client portfolio performance regularly and suggest timely rebalancing or switches.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk frameworks.
• Maintain detailed documentation of investment decisions and client communications.
• Assist in developing new investment models or strategies to enhance product offerings.

Job Requirements

• CFA / CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Sound understanding of mutual funds, asset allocation, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Morningstar).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations and industry best practices.
