Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering with a focus on optimizing equipment performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce repair costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
