Roles and Responsibility

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with major incidents.

  • Proven experience in managing major incidents and handling high-pressure situations.
  • Strong understanding of incident management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, including technical teams and senior leadership
