Job Description

  • Profiles should be willing to work in C2H mode at least for 3-6 months and then get converted as FTEs
  • Must have prior experience in handling P1 incidents and show stoppers at an enterprise level
  • Understand client landscape and the current processes for addressing major incidents
  • Talk to unit level stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes
  • Define and document SOPs
  • Document the process to handle major incidents
  • Setup the communication protocol and follow up mechanisms for major incidents
  • Provide insights into the ongoing process to higher management
  • Candidate needs to work from client location at Bangalore location and should have strong client facing and stakeholder management skill

Note:

  • Normal ITIL and Incident management profiles will not qualify for this requirement
  • Notice period is less than 1 month
