Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of equipment and infrastructure.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to identify potential issues and take corrective actions proactively.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and inventory control of maintenance materials.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, service reports, and compliance documentation.
• Suggest and implement improvements in systems, processes, and equipment to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Facility Management or related field.
• Experience: 7–8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards, and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic maintenance decisions.
