Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive high-volume (bulk) hiring initiatives across multiple locations in India. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and building scalable hiring processes to support rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk Hiring & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple locations (plant sites, client locations, and project sites)
- Manage mass hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives
- Ensure timely closure of positions with defined TAT and quality benchmarks
- Build strong pipelines for blue-collar, grey-collar, and junior white-collar roles
2. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, plant heads, and HR teams to understand manpower requirements
- Provide market intelligence on availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges
- Act as a single point of contact for recruitment delivery across regions
3. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Design and implement bulk hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Plan and execute location-wise hiring plans and resource allocation
- Identify and onboard vendors / staffing partners where required
4. Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Set performance KPIs and track team productivity
- Ensure process adherence and continuous capability building
5. Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate data on ATS / recruitment trackers
- Drive process improvements and automation in hiring workflows
Key Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to bulk/mass hiring
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, facility management, or automotive sectors preferred
- Proven track record of handling multi-location hiring at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and team handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

- Strong understanding of blue-collar and site-based hiring
- Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytics skills
