Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer, located in Umargam. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment through routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. The engineer will also monitor system performance, identify potential issues, perform quality testing, and maintain detailed maintenance records. The role requires collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques and practices.
• Technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and compliance in industrial environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or precision components industry is an advantage.
