Responsibilities

Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications
