Job Description:

1. Recent Hands-on Experience in CICS Coding
2. Maintenance / Enhancements in CICS Can be considered

• Development and maintenance of mainframe applications using IBM Mainframe Utilities, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and COBOL. CICS hands on experience is mandatory
• Oversee the integration of Microsoft GitHub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensure the reliability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and scalability
