Your future duties and responsibilities
Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Mainframe with strong expertise in Hogan to build and manage scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. You'll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams.
Strong experience (9-15 years) in IBM Mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and File-Aid.
Proven expertise in Hogan Core Banking Applications, such as:
IDS (Integrated Deposit System)
CIS (Customer Information System)
CAMS (Customer Account Management System)
ALS (Automated Loan System
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Strong experience (9+ Years) in IBM Mainframe technologies COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and File-Aid.
Proven expertise in Hogan Core Banking Applications, such as
IDS (Integrated Deposit System)
CIS (Customer Information System)
CAMS (Customer Account Management System)
ALS (Automated Loan System)
Strong understanding of batch processing, online transactions, and data architecture within Hogan systems.
Hands-on experience with file transfers, scheduling tools (Control-M), and debugging tools (Expeditor, Abend-AID).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies for mainframe environments.
