Job Title: Machine Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Shop Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain machinery in a production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure machines run efficiently, produce high-quality outputs, and comply with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machinery (CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Lathe, Milling, or other machines) efficiently and safely.
Monitor machine performance, outputs, and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines.
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and parameters for optimal performance.
Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues; report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
Assist in loading/unloading materials and components as required.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet targets.
Qualifications Experience
ITI / Diploma / Certificate in relevant trade (Mechanical, CNC, or Production).
1+ years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Experience with CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, or other production machines preferred.
Knowledge of safety standards, machine operations, and basic troubleshooting.
