If you are passionate about sales, luxury brands and providing personal shopping experience to clients, this role is for you.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Luxury Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and solving their queries with fast response time. The role also involves managing inventory, ensuring impeccable product display, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Salary - 45-50k

Qualifications - only apply if you have strong luxury fashion knowledge.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Empathy and patience when engaging with clients
  • Organised,self motivated and interactive on camera
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, inventory management, and building client relationships
  • Knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and product merchandising
  • Strategies to meet daily sales targets - through all sales channels
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of luxury brands (Chanel, Hermès, LV, etc.) to confidently sell and advise customer
  • Strong follow up and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Fashion related background / experience
  • Willingness to multi task
