Job Title: Data Analyst – Salesforce Tableau CRM (TCRM)

Technical
- Minimum 1.5 Years of Experience in Salesforce Analytics (TCRM)
- Tableau CRM is a must, minimum 1 year of experience
- Hands-on in Recipe building for complex transformation.
- Well Versed in Data Flow development.
- Experience in SAQL
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of Einstein's Discovery and Predictive Modelling is added.
- Advanced knowledge of DBMS Language SQL
- Shapes business and query logic as a basis for analytics (dashboards and deep dives)
- Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Continuously strives to automate processes to perform data analyses and provides actionable insights
- Independently performs deep RCAs, generates actionable insights and where applicable, identifies new data-driven opportunities for the business
- Develops standards and processes for QC validation, anomaly detection and alert notifications.
Operational
- Able to present, articulate, and report to stakeholders

- Demonstrates good understanding of the business context and the analytical/reporting needs
- Communicates effectively around aspects of project execution: requirements, timelines, dependencies, priorities and impact

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Preferred
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics or a related discipline
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience and ability to effectively gather information from multiple data sources
- Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
- Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, ability to perform well under pressure, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work across multiple teams and build relationships to understand business operational process complexities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
