Candidate will be responsible for managing international or domestic marketplace ecommerce portfolio with a 100% growth rate. Main responsibilities will include:

Account Management

• Driving the Business plan for the accounts- both topline and bottom line
• Align efforts of different teams to meet the business objectives

Advertising & Promotion

• Plan and execution of marketing calendar for Online activation across platforms
• Monitoring and optimizing advertising spend to maximize ROI
• Creating new ad campaign
• SEO and Keyword Optimization
• Managing the brand store on marketplace

Customer Service

• Monitoring customer feedback and resolving customer issues
• Monitoring product ranking and take initiatives to improve the same
• Email campaign for customer retention based on cohort analysis

Inventory management

• Ensuring adequate inventory to avoid out of stock
• Liquidation of slow non-moving inventory

Monitoring

• Weekly & Monthly performance reporting
• Monitor Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, Marketplace performance

Looking for candidates with 1-3 years of Ecommerce experience, very strong analytical skills- based out of or willing to relocate to Mumbai
