We are seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Assistant Unit Manager and Unit Manager. These are full-time, on-site positions based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing a team of staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will play a key role in employee training and development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.

• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Operations management skills, including experience with inventory control, quality assurance, and staff training.
• Customer service excellence, with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns while promoting positive experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with local and company standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
